Shri Sammed Shikharji is not a sightseeing spot. It is a Siddha Kshetra where 20 Tirthankaras attained moksha. In Jain Dharma, intention (bhav) matters a lot. Going there only “for the view” is not appropriate.

If you still choose to go, please keep proper maryada:

• Go with respect, even a small bhakti-bhav is good. Mentally bow to the Siddhas.
• Strict ahimsa: no leather items, no alcohol, no smoking, no non‑veg.
• Maintain shauch and shanti: modest dress, no loud music/shouting, avoid casual photography—especially near tonks.
• Maun or minimal speech while climbing; do not litter; do not pluck plants or disturb animals.
• Do not eat on the hill; follow rules of the local sangh/dharmashala.
• Offer vandana at each tonk without touching murtis or sacred marks.

If your purpose is only enjoyment of scenery, it is better to choose another hill. Shikharji should be visited with devotion, as a tirtha, not as a tourist spot.
