In Śvetāmbara Jain texts (Kalpasūtra), Mata Trishalā saw 14 auspicious dreams at Mahāvīra’s conception.
In Digambarā texts, the count is 16 dreams. The spiritual meaning remains the same: they announce the birth of a great Tirthankara and his future path to liberation.
