Short answer: in the canonical Jain sources, there is no indication that a Tirthankara (jina) observes or participates in a modern-sounding "parishtapanika samiti" (a formal committee for maintenance or organization). Tirthankaras are described as perfectly enlightened beings who preach the dharma and guide souls, not as organizers of institutional committees. After their worldly life, their teachings are carried on by monks, nuns, and lay followers who form sanghas and committees to serve the community.
