The first Vasudeva in Jainism is Tripṛṣṭha. In Jain universal history, there are nine Vasudevas in every time cycle, and the first one in the current cycle is Tripṛṣṭha, son of Prajāpati and Mṛgāvatī. Both Digambara and Śvetāmbara traditions share the list of Vasudevas, starting with Tripṛṣṭha. You can read more here
